The purpose of the website is to present the association’s activities and offer the sale of non-commercial items intended to finance its projects.
2. Nature of the Products
The products offered (mugs, tote bags, bracelets, t-shirts, etc.) are created by and for the association’s members within a volunteer and associative framework.
They are not official Omar Rudberg merchandise, nor official products of any other brand or personality.
Any resemblance to existing works or visuals would be purely coincidental.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
They include manufacturing costs; shipping fees are additional depending on the destination country and package weight.
Any profits are entirely reinvested into the association’s activities.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Orders are processed subject to product availability.
A confirmation email is sent after each order.
5. Payment
Payments are secured via [Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal].
No banking information is stored by the association.
6. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on destination or availability.
In case of delay, the customer will be informed by email.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error made by the association.
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Personal Data
The collected data (name, address, email, etc.) is necessary for order processing and membership management.
It is strictly confidential and accessible only to the association’s board members.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, logos, illustrations, and content present on the website are the exclusive property of the association or their respective authors.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the association’s registered office.
