Our products are designed and shipped with care, often handmade or produced in small batches by our volunteers and partner creators.

The security of your personal data is an absolute priority.

Your information (name, address, email, payment methods) is used only for processing your orders, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

No banking data is stored on our servers.

Transactions are secured through our payment provider STRIPE.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our items are carefully made and shipped after quality control.

However, if a product does not meet your expectations, here are our return conditions :

Eligibility Conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving the order.

• The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error comes from us (defective item, shipping mistake, missing product).

Defective Items or Order Errors

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect :

• Contact us within 7 days after receipt with a photo of the concerned product and your order number.

• We will offer you either an exchange or a full refund, according to your preference.

Refunds

Upon receipt and validation of your return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been processed.
